Booking & Cancellation Policy

Booking an Appointment

Appointments can be booked through our website using Timma or directly at the salon.

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation notification by email or SMS.

Cancellations & Changes

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the service price.

Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service price.

No-Shows

If a client fails to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice, a fee equal to 100% of the booked service price will be charged.

The salon reserves the right to issue an invoice and decline future bookings until the outstanding balance has been paid.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment. To ensure the comfort of all clients and maintain our schedule, late arrivals will result in a reduction of the service time by the number of minutes delayed. The full service price will still apply.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, the salon reserves the right to refuse the service and charge a no-show fee equal to 100% of the service price.

Deposits

For longer or higher-priced services, such as major hair colour transformations, extensive hair treatments or other time-consuming procedures, the salon reserves the right to request a deposit.

Deposits are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Service Prices

The final price of a service may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and the complexity of the work required. The final amount may therefore differ from the starting price listed in our price list.

Your stylist or beauty specialist will provide a more accurate price estimate during the consultation before the service begins.

Health & Responsibility

Please inform your stylist or beauty specialist before the service begins about any allergies, health conditions, skin concerns, or special requirements.

The salon is not responsible for complications resulting from health conditions or other relevant information that has been withheld or not disclosed before the service.
